How is pricing calculated?
Our base plan is 395 GEL per month and includes:
1 bedroom · 1 bathroom · Up to 4 turnovers per month
If your property is larger or has more activity, pricing adjusts clearly:
- +140 GEL per additional bedroom
- +95 GEL per additional bathroom
- +110 GEL per turnover above 4
No per-item charges. No surprise fees.
Your monthly cost is clear from the start
What happens if I exceed 4 turnovers?
Extra turnovers above your monthly base are billed at 110 GEL per turnover, invoiced the following month. Nothing else changes. No hidden fees. No unexpected adjustments.
Do unused turnovers roll over?
Yes — up to 2 per month.
If you don’t use all 4 turnovers, up to 2 automatically roll over into the following month.
Carried-over turnovers expire at the end of that next month.
You can never hold more than 6 turnovers in a single month (4 base + up to 2 rolled over).
This gives you flexibility while keeping the system predictable and reliable.
What if I have a very low month?
Your subscription secures reserved capacity for your property — not just usage.
If your activity is lower than usual, up to 2 unused turnovers roll forward automatically.
No need to pause. No penalties. No paperwork.
What about natural disasters or government bans?
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
However, if an officially declared force-majeure event (such as government travel restrictions) prevents guests from staying at your property and bookings are fully cancelled, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription for the affected period.
We aim to be fair when circumstances are truly beyond everyone’s control.
Do you provide cleaning services?
No.
Movlili focuses exclusively on linen and guest consumables management for short-term rentals.
We provide dedicated 4-star hotel-grade linen, towels, and guest amenities, and manage inventory,
scheduling, delivery, and replenishment under one predictable monthly plan.
Cleaning services are not included.
What if items are damaged or lost?
Routine usage is included in your plan.
If reusable items are damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, replacement cost applies per affected
item.
